When the business changes, the website needs a clear next step.
The service description has changed. A team member's information needs correcting. An old contact link is still on a page. Small website tasks are easier to manage when the request, responsibility and completion are visible.
What Konify handles
This standard care process applies to websites covered by a compatible Konify managed plan. Maintenance of a site on another platform is not automatically included.
Request. Review. Confirm.
Request: explain the change and provide the approved wording, image or destination.
Review: see what will change, including whether it fits your plan or needs separate approval.
Confirm: the completed work is recorded against the website. Material changes follow the relevant review and launch permissions.
Small changes and new projects are different
Replacing a photo is not a new brand direction. Updating a service paragraph is not writing an entire treatment library. Linking to a supported booking address is not integrating medical records. We make that distinction before work expands.
A clear record beats a vague “we monitor everything” promise
The plan should identify what is checked and how exceptions are handled. A record should show the affected page, the actual action and anything still waiting—not a decorative green dashboard.
Start with your real backlog
Write down the last few website requests and who completed them. If that work is already handled well, you may not need another provider. If it repeatedly falls back to you, compare a plan against those actual requests.
